Error needing help

put it here so it be easy to find ..other wise would put it in scraps ...making it easier to find for my Uncle .....( knows more bout computers then i do ...not sure how much more.....k i have managed to get it halfway fixed ...i cna access the local harddrive but its still giving me the same Windows can not find RECYCLER\S ........and so forth .....any help woudl be much liked and thanked ...( not sure how i managed to get it halfway fixed ...( my be Downadup tool or the SPYware DOctor ...( but then why would it fix one and not the other ? ) ......
